Meeting Rooms – Bruce Grey

Video Conferencing for Meeting Rooms

Meeting rooms that just work, every time.

No more ten minutes of “can you hear me?” before every call. We design and install meeting-room video conferencing for Microsoft Teams and Google Meet (cameras, microphones, speakers and displays), so anyone can walk in and start a meeting with one tap. Installed and supported by our team in Southampton, for bedrooms and huddle rooms across Bruce and Grey.

One-touch join

No cables, no fumbling. Walk in, tap once, and the meeting starts — every time, in every room.

Clear audio and video

Cameras that frame the room and microphones that pick up everyone, not just the person nearest the laptop.

Supported locally

Rooms are monitored and updated, and when something stops working, we fix it.

Video conferencing questions

Teams Room or Zoom Rooms?

Whichever your organization already uses. Most rooms can join the other platform’s meetings too.

Can we use the TV we already have?

Often, yes, if it has a free HDMI input and is big enough for the room. We’ll check during the consultation.

How much does a meeting room cost?

We quote after seeing the room.

Do municipal councils use this for hybrid meetings?

Yes. Council chambers and training rooms often need multiple cameras and mics and recording. We design for that.

Does it need a good network?

Yes. Video needs a stable connection, and we check and prioritize it as part of the install (see networking).
